    Candolim (Goa) [India], January 23: Thames International University, in collaboration with the Global Human Rights Council for Peace & Sustainable Development – USA, marked a historic event on January 20, 2024, at Country Inn & Suites, Candolim Goa. The prestigious Indian Business Leadership and Educator Award ceremony witnessed a convergence of dignitaries, ministers, and notable figures, including Dr Ripu Ranjan Sinha, Prof (Dr) Shanmuganathan, and Dr Priyadarshi Nayak.

    The highlight of the evening was the conferment of honorary doctorates on distinguished individuals, emphasising their exceptional contributions to their respective fields and global advancements in peace and sustainable development. The spotlight shone brightly on the official World Peace Ambassador, Dr Sangramsinh Mali, who received an Honorary Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Cyber Security. Dr. Mali’s unparalleled leadership and global contributions were acknowledged by the university senate after careful consideration of his credentials.

    In addition to this prestigious recognition, Dr. Mali was honored with the Iconic Visionary Award for Global Peace at the Indian Business Leadership and Educator Award. The award is a testament to his outstanding dedication to world peace and sustainable development.

    Dr. Sangramsinh Mali, reflecting on the event, expressed his gratitude, saying, “I am deeply humbled to receive this esteemed recognition and it continues to keep me committed to my cause”.

    Dr. Mali’s recognition extends beyond national borders, as he is set to participate in the Asia Business Conclave & Awards in Singapore, where he will contribute as a panelist and be honored in one of the award categories. Additionally, the recent TEDx event in Jaipur featured Dr. Mali as a keynote speaker, exploring the crucial relationship between human activity and global climate change under the theme “Humans Contribution to Global Climate Change.”

    His multifaceted expertise in environmental initiatives, social work, sports, and entertainment positions Dr. Mali as a unique and insightful contributor to global conversations. Dr. Mali’s ongoing initiative, the creation of The Global Humanity Centre reflects his commitment to positive change and positioning India as a potent ambassador for global peace.
