    Bangalore (Karnataka) [India] August 22: Vandana Dogra, a dynamic tech leader and Director at Incture Technologies, has been crowned the 2nd Runner-Up at the prestigious Mrs. India Queen of Substance 2024, held at the luxurious ITC Delhi.
